We have rich film history on our River Run farm starting back in 2002 with a Mitzi add for their latest ute. The Bluffs above were used as a dramatic backdrop for the Hobbit's Unexpected Journey back in 2011 and we've also had Super Bowl ad filmed here for Bud Lite beer. Our farm and the bluffs continue to be used for various filming and it's not unusual for our quiet little valley to have an influx of people, trucks and film crews.
Our farm has also been used for productions other than the Hobbit. This is a photo of our family with the props used to film a Bud Lite add for the 2018 Super Bowl

We've upcycled a few of the movie props to decorate our cabin—like the sword and shield above the four-poster bed in our River Song cabin. But don't worry, even though they look incredibly realistic, they're actually made of rubber and wouldn't be much help in real-life combat!
